  • Open an account in A.D.BANK  (AUTHORISED DEALER BANK )
  • Fill I.E.C. (IMPORTER EXPORTER CODE) FORM.
  • Submit to DGFT  (THE JOINT DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE ). It requires only 250 Rs. (before) / NOW 500 Rs. It can be taken online www.dgft.gov.in


  • Take the Membership of RCMC  (REGISTRATION CUM MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE.) It can be taken online www.apeda.gov.in
  • After taking an I.E.CODE (I.E.C. IMPORTER EXPORTER CODE) we should take the membership of EXPORT PROMOTIONAL COUNCIL (E.P.C.) FOR OUR PRODUCT CATEGORY that is called as R.C.M.C. (REGISTRATION CUM MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE)
  • In future when you enter in different categories products then we should take the membership of F.I.E.O. (FEDERATION OF INDIAN EXPORTS ORGANISATION). It can be taken online www.fieo.gov.in

  • We should always do / must have             QUALITY INSPECTION CERTIFICATE. 
  • CUSTOM HOUSE AGENT (C.H.A.) is helping us in CUSTOMS AND SHIPPING FORMALITIES. 
  • E.C. AND E.C.G.C. (EXPORT CREDIT GUARANTEE CORPORATION OF INDIA / EXIM INSURANCE )

  • We should always do EXPORTS with advance payment in E.C. AND E.C.G.C.

  • In IMPORTS we should not send advance payment to foreign parties without knowing his CREDIBILITY.
  • In EXPORTS AND IMPORTS we should mentain all the documents in partywise boxfiles and manager OR OWNER SHOULD INSPECT ONCE IN A WEEK.

  • E.P.C.G. (EXPORT PROMOTION CAPITAL GOODS SCHEME) VERY FASTEST WAY TO BECOME RICH /RICHEST. 
  • Take the print out of FOCUS MARKET SCHEME AND FOCUS PRODUCT SCHEME.
